We circulate a weekly content calendar for approvals and monitor daily for online issues which are escalated and responded to rapidly if needed.
Everyone from Westminster Councillors to international brands and media outlets now regularly engage with Shaftesbury’s social content, both tagging the official accounts and CEO in their status updates and re-sharing our content.
