Mischief hires new creative director

Mischief announces the appointment of Greg Double as Creative Director, working on some of the agency’s leading brands including Vodafone, LEGO, Asda and Shaftesbury

Greg Double joins Mischief from Ready10 where he was the creative lead on McDonald’s – for whom he devised the recent Joe Marler ‘Crunchy on the Outside, Fluffy on the Inside’ work – and Just Park, for whom he developed the recent ‘free parking’ campaign for NHS workers.

Greg joins Mischief’s thriving Planning & Creative team which has been responsible for developing award-winning work for Huawei, LEGO, National Trust and First Choice among others over the past twelve months.

Greg (Double, not Jones) joins at a time when Mischief has just had its most successful year to date – having delivered record income, scooped 73 award nominations (18 wins) and won several high profile pieces of business including e.on, Coca-Cola Light Taste, Costa Coffee, Shaftesbury (Seven Dials), Hello Fresh and Equinox.

Greg Double said:

“I’m delighted to be joining Mischief. Ever since I started my career they’re an agency I’ve always admired for popping corks on awards nights and consistently delivering bold ideas for big brands. Throughout my career the work I’m most proud of is when we’ve convinced clients to step outside their comfort zones, flex different muscles and bend their brand guidelines to deliver work that is not just pleasantly surprising, but commercially savvy too. It’s my belief that this sort of work will be needed more than ever in the coming months and years.”

Greg Jones, Mischief Managing Director, said:

“Hiring Greg is a further demonstration of Mischief’s relentless commitment to creative excellence, working hand-in-hand with strategic brilliance. Greg brings an energy and enthusiasm that will further strengthen our world-class offer.”
