Careers | Interns

We believe that an internship is more than work experience. It should be the start of your career.

If you’re hard working, bright and passionate about how communication can influence change, you might want to apply for the MHP intern programme.

Our interns, who are based in MHP’s London office, are an integral part of the team, giving support to our clients and gaining valuable experience themselves.

Your internship will give you a window across our clients and all we do for them.

The MHP intern programme offers positions in public affairs and public relations across all of our disciplines: MHP Health Mandate, MHP Financial, MHP Public Affairs, MHP Corporate and MHP Brand.  For more information on the work we do please see below.

We want commitment from our interns and we will be committed to you. That is why MHP interns are paid slightly more than the national minimum wage and are with us for an eight week period, on a full-time basis.

The deadline has now passed for applications for internships in spring 2013.  We will next be recruiting in the summer for paid 8-week internships.  If you have any queries about the scheme or your application, please contact interns@mhpc.com.

MHP Intern Programme Opportunities:

MHP Brand and Corporate

We operate two joint internships across our Brand and Corporate disciplines.  For our Brand team interns have worked on anything from helping women believe in the softness of a Kleenex tissue by creating the first couture tissue-dress; to piggybacking on the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee to launch a search for the nation’s Social Monarch for Schweppes.  The Brand team is passionate about building brand love, encouraging consumers to engage with brands through creative and innovative campaigns.

MHP’s Corporate practice works with clients across a range of sectors on how to deliver impactful corporate campaigns and ongoing reputation advice. We get involved on everything from campaign planning to message development, digital communications, and media relations. If you are passionate about the PR and the media and are interested in working with leading companies to build and protect their reputations we’d love to hear from you.
