Spreading the word about milk


As the number one farmer-owned dairy company in the UK, but with a relatively new corporate brand, Arla Foods sought to work with an agency that could support its integrated corporate communication programme across a wide range of influencers.

This included within the first year of working with them: launching the world’s biggest fresh milk dairy; showcasing Arla’s team of talented apprentices with a visit from the former Secretary of State, Vince Cable MP; ensuring consistent communications around four product launches; delivering a programme of outreach to key political stakeholders; and fostering a new Twitter following, with a 230% increase in followers in the first half of 2015 alone.

This has helped increase its recognition amongst key corporate audiences about Arla’ farmer-owned and the value that dairy plays amongst both the agricultural and retail grocery industries.
