The challenge: rebalance the nutritional debate from a sole focus on obesity to recognise the impact of malnutrition
The programme: encourage persistent political and media scrutiny, to demonstrate that 3 million Britons living with malnutrition makes it a disease not only of the developing world
The outcome: stronger regulation to tackle poor nutritional care and the creation of new clinical pathways and standards to meet people’s nutritional needs
