The key qualities the PRCA looked for are the commitment of our people (and the company to our people), our commercial success, our innovation in delivery for clients, and what we have done to build the reputation of the industry as a whole.
There is a common theme to all these; the recognition of Mandate is down to each and every one of you. So a big thank you from me.
